Aspendale Littleton Opens 55-Plus Active Adult Community

LITTLETON, Colo. — Aspendale has opened Aspendale Littleton, a new active adult housing community for adults age 55 and older.

Located at 5355 S. Alkire St., the property is the third completed Colorado community for Aspendale, Headwaters Group’s active adult living brand. The company held a grand opening celebration July 16 with residents, local officials and community members.

Aspendale Littleton offers apartment homes for independent older adults seeking a maintenance-free lifestyle. The community includes shared gathering spaces, direct access to regional bike paths and programming such as culinary classes, wellness activities, social events and group excursions.
