Belmont Village Aliso Viejo Info Center Open as Construction on Senior Living Community Progresses

HOUSTON–Belmont Village Aliso Viejo, currently under construction at 300 Freedom Lane, will be the company’s 29th Senior Living community and is projected to open early 2019.  This will be the first community Belmont Village has built in Orange County.

An open house was held at its newly opened Information Center at 22912 Pacific Park Drive, Suite E,  Aliso Viejo, in September, with guests invited to meet members of Belmont Village leadership and the Aliso Viejo team, get a project update and learn more about programs and services coming soon.

Belmont Village Senior Living in Aliso Viejo is approximately 123,000 square feet and will have 148 private apartments for Assisted Living and Memory Care upon opening in 2019. The Mediterranean-style building will offer expansive common areas and signature amenities, including a professionally managed fitness center for wellness and therapy programs, a full-service salon, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a theatre.

Residents will enjoy chef-prepared meals, housekeeping and transportation services, enrichment and social activities, award-winning memory programs and support from a well-trained staff, including a licensed nurse on-site 24/7. The rate structure is a monthly fee, with no buy-in required.

The Belmont Village Info Center is currently open 7-days-a-week to provide leasing and reservation information and to answer questions about the services, care and amenities that will be available for residents.
