Capitol Seniors Housing Opens Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel in Gambrills, Maryland

WASHINGTON, DC, and GAMBRILLS, MD–Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, announces the opening of Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel, an assisted living and memory care community in Gambrills, located near Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington D.C. The $27.2 million, 72,140-square foot community, located at 2535 Evergreen Rd., offers 84 residential suites and is operated by The Arbor Company.

Designed by Moseley Architects of Annandale, Va., Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel features a colonial-inspired exterior, a second-story terrace, beautiful courtyard, and well-appointed amenities. Dallas-based Faulkner Design Group designed the interiors, presenting a fresh, cheerful design in a sophisticated manner.
Upon arriving at the community, residents and visitors are greeted with a spacious entry featuring a concierge desk and design touches which include a signature staircase and a mosaic diamond-marble focal wall.
