May 16, 2025
BROOKFIELD, WI — Capri Communities has announced in a press release its third annual Enjoy Life Active Aging Symposium for adults 55+. This free, all-day event will take place on June 4.
The Enjoy Life Active Aging Symposium is all about the positive. It is designed to celebrate the aging process through humor and optimism by encouraging older adults to embrace active aging, try new things, get involved and live life to the fullest — whatever that means to them.
Keynote speaker John McGivern from The Princess Diaries will entertain over 1,000 attendees with storytelling and humor, while Jennifer Bartolotta will lead a session in emotional mastery and creating positive, lasting change. Plus, attendees will have the opportunity to experience interactive, audience-driven improv with ComedySportz.
To keep energy high and spirits lifted, the event will also feature fun and unique activities including dance exhibitions, goat yoga, speed friending, and a special performance by The Ukuladies.
Additionally, attendees of Capri Communities’ Enjoy Life Active Aging Symposium can explore 37 “enjoy life” exhibitors featuring products and services designed to help them try new things, get involved, and look and feel their best.
“The day will be a true celebration of the benefits of active aging,” said Vice President of Marketing Kim Irwin. “From raffles and prize giveaways to special guest appearances, there will be some fun surprises for attendees throughout this FREE event. We are excited to celebrate older adults and are packing a lot into this fun-filled day. The most challenging thing for attendees will be deciding what it is that they want to see, hear and do!”
