Charter Senior Living Names Christy Mink as Regional Director of Operations

NAPERVILLE, IL—Charter Senior Living is pleased to announce Christy Mink as its new regional director of operations. In her new role, Mink will be responsible for talent management, strategic planning and day-to-day operations of 10 communities in Tennessee and five communities in Kentucky.

Mink transitions to this role after serving for a year as operations specialist for the senior living management and development company. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the role after spending more than 15 years in the senior living industry.

Bennema. “Her ability to mentor and grow leaders at the community level will be mutually beneficial for residents and team members.”

Mink previously served in multiple leadership roles, including executive director and business officer manager for organizations that include Senior Lifestyle and Brookdale Senior Living. She’s originally from Franklin, TN.
