Covenant Living Names Whitcomb Chief Human Resources Officer

SKOKIE, IL — Covenant Living Communities and Services, a nonprofit, faith-based senior living organization headquartered in this Chicago suburb, has announced in a press release the appointment of Judy Whitcomb as chief human resources officer. She works closely with executive leadership at Covenant Living and with human resources leadership at each of the organization’s 20 communities across the country in guiding the employee experience and culture at Covenant Living.
Whitcomb brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources management in the airline, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services industries. She also owned her own consulting firm providing executive coaching and human resources consulting services to global organizations.
“We know how a positive employee experience contributes to resident satisfaction and business outcomes,” said Whitcomb. “I look forward to collaborating with my talented team to build upon and enhance that experience, as part of Covenant Living’s strategic plan. Whitcomb is no stranger to senior living. She was the senior human resources leader at Vi Senior Living for 15 years. While at Vi, she led an organizational strategy team to achieve the “Great Place to Work” designation and international recognition for the company’s award-winning learning programs.
