Del Webb Announces Grand Opening of New Active Adult Community Within Lebanon’s Barton Village

NASHVILLE, TN — Del Webb, a builder of active adult communities for those 55+, has announced in a press release the grand opening of its newest Nashville development, Del Webb at Barton Village. The 240-acre community is located 30 minutes from downtown Nashville in the fast-growing Lebanon area.
At completion, the Del Webb will feature over 700 homes, a 16,000-square-foot residents’ clubhouse, an outdoor amphitheater, indoor and outdoor resort-style pools, pickleball and bocce ball courts, a dog park, and a dedicated area for parking food trucks during events. Del Webb at Barton Village will welcome the public into the community for the first time during the weekend of April 5.
Del Webb at Barton Village is Del Webb’s first integration into a mixed-use, master-planned community in Tennessee, connected to Barton Village’s curated offerings of dining, retail, offices, medical facilities, outdoor recreation, and other housing options. Several retail and dining offerings are in the works for the 350-acre Barton Village community, including the most recently announced Jonathan’s Grille. Del Webb’s suburban community will provide its residents with easy walking or golf cart access to a host of proposed restaurants, healthcare providers, and shopping destinations while maintaining a serene, resort-like atmosphere.

Del Webb at Barton Village offers 10 customizable single-family home designs from 1,345 to 2,712+ square feet, starting in the mid-$400s. Residents are able to personalize details of their homes utilizing interactive design tools and insight from its team of experts. Del Webb homes are equipped with smart-home capabilities, Energy Star certification, and 10-year home warranties.
Del Webb at Barton Village will also include activity and event rooms, a group exercise studio, a grand hall ballroom, a state-of-the-art fitness center, miles of walking trails, and a veterans’ park. Like all Del Webb communities, Del Webb at Barton Village will have a full-time lifestyle management team.
On Friday, March 28, city officials, team members, and development partners will attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, with Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto and Lebanon Mayor Rick Bell in attendance. Then, on Saturday, April 5, homeowners, future residents, and neighbors of the community are invited to celebrate the grand opening of the community, tour the model homes, enjoy live music and local fare, and mingle with other guests.
