Distinctive Living Welcomes Alyson Mulryne as Regional Vice President of North Jersey Communities

Distinctive Living, a national senior housing management, development and investment company, today announced the appointment of Alyson Mulryne, CALA, CDP, as Regional Vice President of North Jersey Communities.
Mulryne is a senior living executive with more than 30 years of experience leading multi-site assisted living operations across New Jersey. A lifelong New Jersey resident, she brings deep expertise in operational leadership, start-ups, acquisitions, and organizational turnarounds, with a consistent focus on quality outcomes, regulatory excellence, and team engagement.
In her new role, Mulryne will provide strategic and operational leadership across Distinctive Living’s North Jersey portfolio, partnering with Executive Directors and community teams to drive performance, strengthen operational consistency, and support an exceptional resident experience.

Mulryne’s passion for senior care began early, inspired by her mother’s path into nursing and her formative time spent with her grandparents and great-grandparents. Mentored by her sister at a young age, she discovered her calling in senior living—an influence that continues to shape her resident-centered, results-driven leadership approach.
