Felecia Sveda is Named Lenbrook’s Chief Operating Officer

ATLANTA, GA—Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier in-town community for engaged senior living for almost 40 years, has promoted Felecia Sveda to chief operating officer. Sveda, who joined Lenbrook in 2006 in the marketing department, has served as vice president of hospitality services since 2014.

“Felecia is the heart and soul of Lenbrook,” said Chris Keysor, president and CEO of Lenbrook. “Her proven expertise and leadership ability provide Lenbrook with the strong financial, analytical and hospitality skills that our team depend on as we continue to pursue our vision to be the most desirable senior living community in the southeast. She has been with us through two major expansions—first in 2008, and most recently in 2021 when we opened Kingsboro at Lenbrook. Her outstanding institutional knowledge and guidance are invaluable to all of us at Lenbrook.”

In addition to Sveda’s elevation to COO, Lenbrook announced several other internal promotions to round out the organizational re-alignment:

  • Allison Booker Perry, director of sales and marketing has been named vice president, sales and marketing
  • Joe Goodwin, director of security, is Lenbrook’s new vice president, community services
  • Stephen West, director of dining services, has been appointed to vice president, community life

Other internal promotions were celebrated at Lenbrook as well:

  • Kelley Bennett is manager, quality and performance improvement
  • Todd Clements is general manager, dining services
  • Danielle Conner is director, housekeeping
  • Kevin Harris is manager, security
  • Charms Richards is manager, front office
  • Jessica Whitten is director, clinical programs
  • Mike McDaniel is shifting his 20 years of valuable skills to a new position as special director, construction projects
