Fountain View Village Unveils $10 Million Transformation

FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ — Fountain View Village, a senior living community in this city 30 miles or so northeast of Phoenix, recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate its $10 million revitalization initiative. The comprehensive remodel renovation includes a redesign of all common areas and apartments, and upgrading of all community amenities.

The community’s one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, dining venues, salon, theatre, reception and lobby, library, corridors, and lounges now feature all upgraded finishes and a more modern and inviting contemporary design. The project also includes a sport court area with a gazebo, pickleball court, and putting green in a beautiful new outdoor recreational space that is anticipated to be completed in early 2024.

According to a press release, Fountain View Village provides independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care apartments, offering a continuum of care within a single, integrated campus. Managed by Life Care Services, Fountain View Village ensures that residents have access to various levels of assistance, promoting peace of mind and fostering a strong sense of community.
