Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Glasswater Creek of Plainfield

October 2, 2018

Plainfield town officials, including Council President Robin Brandgard, Indiana State Senator John Crane, development representatives Erik Cooper, David Cooper and Dwayne Shaw of Community Reinvestment Foundation (CRF) joined together for a groundbreaking ceremony last week.

CRF is excited to bring one of its high quality residential style affordable assisted living facilities to the Plainfield and surrounding communities.

T&W Corporation will begin construction of the 104,000 square-foot development consisting of 131 private apartments and a variety of graciously appointed common area amenities. Twenty-four hour personal assistance from nursing staff, fine dining, and housekeeping and laundry services will all be available to residents. Most importantly, residents can enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors while participating in social and recreational activities.

Glasswater Creek will provide the Plainfield area with 66 new jobs with an annual payroll, including benefits, of over $2 million.

The community, which will be operated by Gardant Management Solutions, is expected to open in late 2019.

Another Glasswater Creek property opened in Lafayette this summer.
