Guardian Expands its Focus on Senior Housing, Hires Kent as VP of Senior Living

Abbeykent 0924PORTLAND, OR — Guardian, a Pacific Northwest real estate development, management, and investment company, has announced in a press release the hiring of Abbey Kent as vice president of senior living.

Guardian continues to expand its position in the senior housing sector and Kent oversees existing independent living facilities, with a focus on expanding Guardian’s presence in the senior housing sector by exploring new management contracts, acquisitions, and development projects in the coming years.

Kent’s experience in the senior housing industry is extensive. She held leadership positions in several organizations, including the corporate director of operations and marketing at Seasons Management, where she oversaw operations and marketing for multiple senior housing communities. She also served as the regional vice president of operations at Regency Pacific Management where her portfolio included senior living communities across several states.
