Harbour Pointe Senior Living Names New Executive Director

MUKILTEO, WA–Harbour Pointe Senior Living, an Integral Senior Living community that specializes in independent living, assisted living, memory care and respite care, has named Angelia Brigance as its executive director.

“With seasoned leadership members like Angelia at Harbour Pointe, the community will continue providing an amazing home for our residents,” said Carrie Delaney, divisional vice president of Sales and Marketing at Integral Senior Living. “Angelia is bringing a great understanding and passion for senior living to the Harbour Pointe community.”

Prior to joining the Harbour Pointe family, Brigance served as the executive director for multiple senior living communities offering assisted living, memory care and independent living. She has experience in improving a community’s occupancy, managing financials and creating a customer-first culture, which provides quality care from a compassionate staff.

Brigance also implemented an orientation process for new hires to teach them the importance of communication when providing care for residents. The orientation also touches on the significance quality care has on those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
