Health Dimensions Group Names Hilligan Chief Operating Officer

Erinhilligan 0925MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Health Dimensions Group, a senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in the Twin Cities, has named Erin Hilligan chief operating officer according to a press release. With this role, Hilligan joins HDG’s Executive Leadership Team.

“I am excited to join the talented HDG team as chief operating officer,” Hilligan said. “Providing exceptional quality care and services for residents is my passion, and joining an organization with that shared purpose is fulfilling. I look forward to supporting HDG’s growth and our continued focus on quality.”

Hilligan brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in health and senior care, amassing an impressive background through her deep commitment to operational excellence. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of operations at Lifespark, a senior services company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Prior to that, she was COO of WesleyLife and she worked in various leadership roles at Ebenezer for 19 years, including five years as vice president of operations.

Hilligan has served in numerous professional association leadership roles including board chair for LeadingAge Minnesota’s Executive Committee, PAC chair for Care Providers of Minnesota, a mentor for Concordia College Women’s Leadership, a board member for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire-CHAASE, and more. In addition to being a licensed nursing home administrator, Hilligan taught ethics and public policy as part of a master’s degree program of study at St Mary’s University of Minnesota.
