Health Dimensions Group Names Klick EVP of Quality

Barbaraklick 0325MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Health Dimensions Group, a senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm, has announced in a press release the hiring of Barbara Klick as executive vice president of quality.

Klick joins HDG with more than 30 years of operational leadership experience in the health and senior care sector. Prior to joining HDG, she served for eight years as the CEO of Twin Cities-based Sholom Community Alliance, a senior living management organization. Her résumé also includes stints with Fairview Physician Associates as COO, the University of Minnesota Physicians as vice president of ambulatory care, the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center as medical center administrator/COO, and Hennepin Faculty Associates as assistant vice president of operations. Klick is also a member of the LeadingAge Minnesota Quality Committee.

The addition of Klick to HDG’s Executive Leadership Team marks a strategic expansion of the group. Klick’s added skillset will allow the organization to better serve the changing needs of both HDG’s consulting and management clients. With constant changes in the industry, having a flexible and diverse team is essential for HDG to continue to serve its clients to the highest standard.

In addition to serving senior living, post-acute, and long-term care providers, Health Dimensions Group’s 2,700-plus team members also serve hospitals and health systems across the nation. Founded in 2000, the privately held, women-owned company provides management services to 38 senior living and care communities in nine states, serving more than 2,700 residents, including several senior living communities in development. HDG also provides comprehensive consulting services to a broad range of clients throughout all 50 states in the aging services sector.
