Health Dimensions Group Appointed Manager of Gurnee Place Memory Care

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Health Dimensions Group, a management and consulting organization specializing in senior living, post-acute, and long-term care, has announced in a press release that it is now managing Gurnee Place Memory Care near North Chicago in Gurnee, Illinois.
