Health Dimensions Group Appointed Manager of Communities in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Health Dimensions Group, a senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting organization has announced in a press release that it now managing six more senior living communities, with the newest ones in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

New to HDG’s portfolio of managed communities are Garden View Place in Monona, Iowa; Arbor Garden Place in Eyota, Minnesota; Harmony Place in Harmony, Minnesota; Lino Lakes Assisted Living in Lino Lakes, Minnesota; Whispering Oak Place in Ellendale, Minnesota; and Apple Creek Place in Appleton, Wisconsin. All six locations provide assisted living and memory care accommodations and services.
In addition to serving senior living, post-acute, and long-term care providers, Health Dimensions Group’s 2,700-plus team members also serve hospitals and health systems across the nation.
