Titan Senquest Management Acquires Ashford Court Independent Living Community in Westland, MI

Titan Senquest Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of Ashford Court located in Westland, Michigan. The 143-unit independent living community, previously under a foreign-entity’s ownership and managed by Atria, is now fully owned and operated by Titan.

We’re excited to welcome the residents and staff to the Titan family. We have been listening to the community at Ashford and are excited to announce new upgrades to the common areas, a new Executive Director, Executive Chef, and Activities Director as our first order of business”.

In addition to the newly acquired Ashford Court, Titan also owns and operates 17 senior communities around the country including two other Independent Living Communities in Michigan, one in Sterling Heights and the other in Grand Rapids.
