Integral Senior Living Names Two New Regional VPs of Sales & Marketing
October 6, 2021
Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company, has promoted Heather Haley and Tina Schachter to the role of Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing.
Haley joined ISL in 2016 and brought with her over 18 years of experience in health care marketing and sales. She began her work at ISL as a Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM) before being promoted to Senior Director of Sales and Marketing in 2020. Her success with ISL started at the opening and leasing of The Pointe at Lifespring in Knoxville, Tenn., where she helped the community achieve 50% occupancy in just two months.
In her new role, Haley will manage ISL’s customer relationship management tools and other vendor relationships. She will also lead the company’s social media and branding efforts, as well as oversee the marketing goals and strategies of communities in Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah and Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and considers the senior living industry more a calling than a career.
Schachter joined ISL in 2019 after 20 years of experience in both hospitality and senior living. She started at ISL as a Regional DSM and was soon promoted to a senior position at the company and will now serve as Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Schachter has accomplished many goals throughout her career, including becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Board-Certified Patient Advocate, and even has passed the Illinois Real Estate Exam.
In her new role, Schachter will lead and train community teams from across the country in the ISL Way of Sales, as well as being the point person for the planning and execution of large-scale events held at ISL communities. She graduated from Barat College in Lake Forest, Ill., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management. Now in her new role, she enjoys training and supporting her sales teams all while using her favorite ISL Culture Keeper, “work smarter, not harder.”
“Heather and Tina have shown exemplary leadership skills since they joined ISL, so we’re very fortunate to have them continue to make their mark on the company,” said Collette Gray, Integral Senior Living’s President and CEO. “Each of these women helps us maintain and grow the culture that makes ISL special to our associates and residents, and I have no doubt that they will continue to do so in their new roles.”
Over the past 15 months, both of these women have led community teams to achieve the highest occupancy in their history, with some even hitting 100%. They’ve also increased occupancy, revenue and net operating income in their regions.
