Jaybird Senior Living Promotes Neegaard to Vice President of People and Culture

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA — Jaybird Senior Living has announced in a press release the promotion of Kayle Neegaard to Vice President of People and Culture. She has been a member of the Jaybird family for nearly 11 years; her achievements there include the creation of Flight School, which focuses on developing the company’s up-and-coming leaders.

In her new role, Neegaard continues to champion Jaybird’s core values and drive initiatives that enhance its work environment, support employee development, and ensure that Jaybird remains a great place to work. Additionally, she now oversees resident programming.
