The Residence at Bedford Names LeBlanc Executive Director

BEDFORD, MA — The Residence at Bedford, a still-in-development LCB Senior Living community in this town adjacent to Concord and Lexington, the flashpoint of the American Revolution, has announced that Arzu LeBlanc is the new executive director.

LeBlanc is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, including preparing for its opening in the summer of 2024.

She has nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the senior living industry, having previously served as an ED for EPOCH Senior Living and Benchmark Senior Living (where she was named the company’s Executive Director of the Year in 2017). Prior to entering the senior living industry, she worked for more than 10 years in the hospitality industry.

Bedford is just 15 minutes from historic Walden Pond and it’s home to a flag that flew at the battle of Lexington and Concord in 1775, the oldest complete flag known to exist in the United States.

Norwood, Massachusetts-based LCB Senior Living, which was founded in 2011, owns and/or operates 35 senior living communities throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic, with additional properties in development. The company offers independent- and assisted-living services to approximately 3,000 seniors, along with its Reflections Memory Care program for those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Every one of LCB Senior Living’s residences includes 24-hour support and security staff, housekeeping, transportation, wellness programs, and gourmet dining options.
