Goddard Named Executive Director of The Residence at Penniman Hill

HINGHAM, MA — The Residence at Penniman Hill, an assisted-living and memory-care community owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, has hired Lea Goddard as executive director, according to a press release. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of service and care.

With over 20 years of experience in senior living, most recently as the ED for Sunrise Senior Living in Cohasset, Massachusetts, Goddard has extensive knowledge of the field and memory care. She is also EssentiAlz certified by the Alzheimer’s Association.

The Residence at Penniman Hill, which opened in 2020, is roughly 20 miles southeast of Boston on the south shore of Massachusetts Bay; the community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Norwood, Massachusetts-based LCB Senior Living, which was founded in 2011, owns and/or operates 35 senior living communities throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic, with additional properties in development. The company offers independent- and assisted-living services to approximately 3,000 seniors, along with its Reflections Memory Care program for those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Every one of LCB Senior Living’s residences includes 24-hour support and security staff, housekeeping, transportation, wellness programs, and gourmet dining options.
