Milestone Retirement Unveils Major Leadership Changes

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Milestone Retirement has announced in a press release significant leadership changes in the form of new hires and internal promotions.
“We’re investing in a highly talented team which allows us to further execute on our mission of reimagining the way we age,” said owner/CEO Caryl Ridgeway. “These strategic leadership changes mark a pivotal moment for Milestone Retirement.”
“Our goal is clear: to solidify Milestone’s position as a premier operator in our industry,” said Chief Strategy Officer Cayden Ridgeway.
New to Milestone are Controller Luis Molina; Vice President of Operations Dalton Jones; Regional Director of Health and Wellness Chrissy Morgan; and National Director of Resident Engagement Leslie Symonds.
Meanwhile, internal promotions include Chris Baker (now vice president of compliance); Kim Cunetto (now senior director of business intelligence); Jacob Primeau (now national accounting specialist); Simone Turner (now national implementation specialist); and David Stanley (now regional maintenance specialist).
This new leadership team is now in place.
