WEST DES MOINES, IOWA–Lifespace Communities, the owner and operator of 12 senior living communities across seven states, announces Russell Mauk as its new vice president of development, design and construction. Mauk, a California-licensed architect, brings 35 years of experience to the role.

Additionally, he has developed office, retail and warehouse properties.
“Lifespace’s continued desire to grow its mission and the possibilities that exist within such an environment are what attracted me to this role,” Mauk said. “I’m excited to help shape the future of this organization while impacting the lives of many.”
