Jerry Warshaw Named Lenbrook’s Board Chair

Lenbrook (Lenbrook Square Foundation) has named Jerry Warshaw as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Warshaw is the Founder and President of Warshaw Properties, Inc., an Atlanta-based real estate development and management firm ‘A’.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Warshaw has served the industry in numerous leadership positions, including Chairman of the National Apartment Association, Chairman of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, President of the Georgia Apartment Association, and President of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He also served as President of Private Housing ’96, the officially sanctioned Private Housing Coordinator for the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta, and founding President and CEO of the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation (GAIEF). In 2012, Mr. Warshaw was inducted into the National Apartment Association’s Hall of Fame.

“It is an honor to work closely with Lenbrook’s outstanding Board and management team as we successfully navigate unprecedented challenges of operations, expansion and good health during the pandemic,” notes Mr. Warshaw.

In addition to serving on Lenbrook’s Board of Directors, he currently serves as a member of the Housing and Demographics Research Center at the University of Georgia and Vice Chair of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Mr. Warshaw, his wife and three sons are life-long Atlanta residents. A Graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, he holds the professional designations of Certified Property Manager (C.P.M.) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS).
