LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach Debuts Nine Model Homes

ORLANDO, FL–On the heels of the successful sales launch at LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head, Minto Communities and Margaritaville Holdings announced that the Feb. 24 grand opening event for LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach’s model homes drew another record crowd of more than 2,600 interested home buyers. Guests enjoyed a lively street party complete with refreshments, a steel drum band, stilt walkers, games and giveaways. In addition, there were samples from the recently opened LandShark Bar & Grill in Daytona Beach.

The nine new model homes at LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach capture the “no worries” tropical vibe of the community with three distinct villa and single-family home collections – the Caribbean, Beach and Island. These include four new villa home models – the Antoigua, Barbuda,  Jamaica and Nevis, which range from 1,503 to 1,862 square feet under air. All include two bedrooms, den or hobby room, two baths, covered lanai and two-car garage. Villa pricing starts at $235,990.

Five different single-family home models now available for touring include the Coconut, Parrot, Breeze, Aruba and Trinidad.  Single-family homes range from 1,684 to 2,564 square feet under air and feature two to three bedrooms plus den, two to three-car garages, two to three-and-a-half baths and a covered lanai. Pricing for single-family homes starts at $277,900.

LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach’s easy-care homes feature open, airy spaces that maximize natural light and flow into uniquely designed outdoor living spaces perfect for enjoying the Daytona Beach climate. These homes are ideally designed for relaxing, entertaining and comfortably accommodating houseguests. Current plans call for 3,000 homes, with the possibility of a future expansion for a total of 6,900 homes at community buildout. In November, more than 300 hopeful residents camped outside the community’s sales center overnight to be among the first to place deposits on their future homes in paradise.
