LCB Senior Living Announces Promotions of Key Leadership Roles

NORWOOD, MA — LCB Senior Living has announced via a press release the promotions of Lori LePage to Chief Human Resources Officer; Karen Foley to Senior Vice President of Sales; and Chris Spencer to Senior Vice President of Operations.

LePage joined LCB Senior Living in 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources and later rose to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Foley started with LCB as Vice President of Sales in 2017. Spencer joined LCB in 2014 as Regional Director of Operations.

Also receiving promotions at LCB Senior Living were Daniel McGrew to Vice President of Investments; Lauren Flynn to Senior Director of Human Relations; Sam Jackson to Senior Regional Director of Operations; and Kimberly Johnson to Senior Regional Director of Operations.
