Retirement Unlimited, Inc. Promotes Sanchez and Perryman

ROANOKE, VA — Retirement Unlimited, Inc. has strengthened its sales leadership team with the promotions of Noris Sanchez to senior director of sales and community relations, and Zsavonne Perryman to regional director of sales and business development.

Sanchez has been with RUI since 2021, serving as the sales and community relations director at Paul Spring. With a 17-year tenure in the senior living industry, she brings a wealth of experience, including a six-year stint in sales. Before moving to sales, Sanchez worked in dining, business office, HR, and property management, all in the same senior living community. In her new position, she oversees and offers guidance for sales and community relations at Elancé at Old Town Alexandria and at Paul Spring.

Perryman joined RUI in 2018 as the director of sales and community relations at The Hidenwood community. In January of 2023 she was promoted to senior director of sales and community relations before being promoted again to regional director of sales and business development. Before her time at RUI, Perryman worked in the public relations industry where she served as an associate account executive and a social media strategist. In her new role she provides oversight and direction for several of RUI’s communities in southern Virginia.
