Allen Named Executive Director of The Springs at Whitefish

WHITEFISH, MT — The Springs at Whitefish has announced in a press release that Joel Allen is the new executive director of this assisted-living/memory-care community in this resort town in northwest Montana.

“With his background in healthcare operations and cultivating strong teams, Joel’s skillset will continue a legacy of service and quality at The Springs at Whitefish,” said Nicole Jemming, vice president of operations for The Springs Living. “It is clear that Joel will be an aspirational leader who will empower staff to provide the highest caliber of care and achieve their individual career goals.”

Allen joins The Springs Living after seven years with Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana, where he most recently served as a practice manager, overseeing clinic staffing, compliance, and patient satisfaction. He also has significant experience as a financial advisor and operations manager.
