The Springs Living Names Sourbeer Director of Sales

McMINNVILLE, OR — The Springs Living has announced in a press release that Elizabeth Sourbeer is the new director of sales. In this role, she is responsible for working with the sales team to increase occupancy at the company’s 19 senior living communities.

“Liz has a wealth of knowledge in sales and building relationships with prospects, which is a solid foundation for supporting our community relations teams,” said Nicole Jemming, vice president of operations for The Springs Living. “She has a passion for serving older adults, a natural gift for leadership, and creative problem-solving skills that will empower our community sales teams in a way that will enhance the move-in experience for residents.”

Sourbeer brings 30 years of real estate sales experience to The Springs Living; most recently, she spent six years in sales and marketing for Trilogy by Shea Homes, a 55+ active-adult community in Arizona, where she was a top producer in the company.

Founded in 1996 and based in this northwest Oregon city, The Springs Living owned-and-operated senior living communities offer independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services in Oregon and Montana. When it opens in 2024, The Springs at The Waterfront will be its first community in Washington.
