McClellan Named Executive Director of The Springs at Grand Park

BILLINGS, MT — The Springs Living has announced the promotion of Tyler McClellan to executive director of The Springs at Grand Park in Billings, Montana. McClellan is now responsible for all aspects of community operations, including ensuring quality service to residents, maintaining financial and regulatory compliance, and recruiting and retaining employees.

“Tyler is a true success story of growth within The Springs Living, having started out as a part-time dishwasher. Over the years, he stood out for being a natural leader who knows how to positively motivate teams,” said Nicole Jemming, vice president of operations for The Springs Living. “Tyler is passionate about serving residents and staff, and his willingness to do whatever necessary to do right by residents drives quality experiences throughout the community.”

Most recently, according to a press release, McClellan served as the food and beverage director at The Springs at Grand Park, having been promoted from executive chef. He has held a variety of other roles, growing his senior living experience since starting with The Springs Living in 2009. He was recognized by the company with its 2023 Spark Award for his innovative leadership after increasing efficiency of processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and finding solutions to provide consistent quality service.

Founded in 1996 and based in McMinnville, Oregon, The Springs Living currently owns and operates 19 senior living communities offering independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services in Oregon and Montana. When it opens in 2024, The Springs at The Waterfront will be its first community in Washington.
