LCS Focuses on Building Technology-Driven Business Value, Hires Frank Vedder as SVP, CIO

DES MOINES, IOWA–LCS, the nation’s second-largest operator of senior living communities, announced that Frank Vedder joined the company as senior vice president, chief information officer. Vedder spent 16 years of his career with Berkley Technology Services (BTS), a central technology provider for the global Fortune 500 insurance entity WR Berkley Corporation. This new hire demonstrates the company’s dedication to providing an exceptional experience for residents, employees and our boards and owners.

Vedder has 22 years of experience in the information technology sector. Most recently, he led technology strategy for BTS where he partnered with the WR Berkley companies to support creating 30 plus autonomous business units. He helped the organization drive significant revenue growth by creating internal business partnerships, leveraging key vendor partners and implementing multiple enterprise-wide SAAS and in-house developed solutions.
