Liberty Senior Living Names Goyette Chief Operations Officer

WILMINGTON, NC — Liberty Senior Living, an owner/operator of senior living communities, has announced the appointment of Robert “Bob” Goyette as Chief Operations Officer according to a press release. He brings with him a distinguished track record in the senior living industry, marked by a passion for service, a deep respect for seniors and their families, and a belief in the power of strong, motivated teams.
Goyette has been in a C-suite position for over 10 years; he has held nearly every leadership role in senior living, including sales director, executive director, regional director, divisional vice president, and executive vice president. Over the course of his career, Goyette has opened more than 50 senior living communities across the country.

He is especially committed to providing structure and tools that help teams succeed, including the use of performance dashboards and business intelligence to drive quality outcomes and informed decision making.
