Martell Named VP of People and Culture at Health Dimensions Group

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Health Dimensions Group has announced in a press release the hiring of Jennifer Martell as vice president of people and culture.
She is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development, and execution of talent and culture programs for HDG’s managed communities.
Martell brings more than a decade of experience in successfully leading senior living operations and human resources teams. Prior to joining HDG, Martell served as vice president of human resources and regional director of operations for a large, senior living organization in the Midwest. Her areas of expertise include leadership recruitment, employee coaching and training, policy and procedure development and implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

In addition to serving senior living, post-acute, and long-term care providers, HDG’s 2,100-plus team members also serve hospitals and health systems across the nation. Founded more than 20 years ago, HDG provides management services to 48 senior living and care communities in eight states, serving more than 2,300 residents, including several senior living communities in development. HDG also provides comprehensive consulting services to senior living communities, health systems and hospitals, PACE organizations, and the real estate, financial, and government organizations that support them.
