New Retirement Community Coming to Richmond Metro Area Hosts Grand Opening July 25

RICHMOND, VA–To better serve the growing senior living demand in the Richmond metro area, a new resort style state-of-the-art independent living retirement community is open in Richmond. The multi-story $31.6 million Aspire at Carriage Hill will provide high-end inspired retirement living, featuring an abundance of amenities and services in a vibrant and engaging environment. The community is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, July 25.

The 177,810 square foot community provides 148 one and two bedroom monthly rental apartments with patios or balconies in 10 spacious floor plans. Among the many amenities are an indoor pool, Wi-Fi lounge, salon and spa, fitness center, art studio, movie theater, grand room, business center and four dining venue offering from fine to casual dining. Finely landscaped grounds feature an outdoor patio, manicured walking paths, gazebo with fire pit offering outdoor dining and a full service bar. Private garden areas provide residents the opportunity to grow their favorite flowers and produce.

There are numerous social, educational and spiritual programs and events, along with exercise and fitness programming. The community also features the Hound Hill Pet Park and a car wash station. Residents have access to the adjacent gated 55+ Acclaim at Carriage Hill apartments and its amenities, including a koi pond, bocce ball and outdoor pool.

Aspire at Carriage Hill is managed by Solvere Living, the operations management division of Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Aspire also provides Solvere Living’s proprietary wellness philosophy Salus™. Some of the community’s many services include concierge, around the clock security, emergency response system in each apartment, weekly housekeeping, maintenance and repairs. There is also scheduled transportation, snow and trash removal, and property taxes, basic cable and all utilities except telephone included. The monthly rental fee for an all-inclusive, two bedroom luxury apartment with patio or balcony starts at $2,700.

Aspire at Carriage Hill is expected to create more than 35 full-time jobs and owned and developed by Arlington, Virginia-based Bonaventure Realty Group. The architectural firm is J. Price Architecture, Inc., based in Liberty, Missouri.
