New Senior Living and Care Community in Parker, Colo. Announces Ground Breaking

Representatives from the Parker community and the ownership and development team celebrated the official groundbreaking of Terra Bluffs, a new assisted living and memory care community coming to Parker, Colo. The ground breaking took place on Thurs., Oct. 7, 2021.

When it opens, Terra Bluffs will offer residents and their families the highest level of care and service, as well as a wide array of enriching, community activities and services designed to nurture residents’ independence, individualism and creativity in a scenic mountain setting. Terra Bluffs will be a pet-friendly community with a large, outdoor courtyard, sky lounge, on-site walking paths, a club room, movie theater, library and fitness center. Residents will be treated to a chef-inspired culinary program served in a restaurant-style dining space.

Terra Bluffs will be co-owned by Ellipsis, HDG and Invesque. Ellipsis Real Estate Partners is the development company for the project. HDG will manage the community. Minneapolis-based HDG is a leading consulting and management firm, providing services to post-acute, long-term care, and senior living providers, as well as hospitals and health systems across the nation. Karra Massa, president of the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce, along with representatives from Ellipsis, HDG, Invesque and other representatives are attending the groundbreaking celebration.
