New Senior Living Community Coming to Northern Virginia and D.C. Metro Area

WOODBRIDGE, VA–To better serve the growing senior living demand in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. metro area, a new state-of-the-art active senior community is under construction. Aspire at Belmont Bay will provide high-end inspired senior living in a resort style setting, featuring an abundance of rich amenities and services in a vibrant and active environment.
Located near the Occoquan and Potomac rivers at 13875 Clear Lake Circle, Woodbridge, the four-story 113,178 square-foot apartment building will provide 124 one and two bedroom monthly rental apartments, available in seven floorplans which include balconies or patios.
Amenities will include an indoor open-air pool, fitness center, salon and spa, art studio, theater, meeting and game rooms. There will be beautifully landscaped grounds with walking trails, a patio, gazebo, private gardening areas, outdoor dining with fire pit and much more.
Aspire at Belmont Bay also will feature a full-service restaurant, complete with a main dining room, private dining room and The Tavern bistro-style restaurant and bar—all open to the public. Residents will be provided with numerous social, educational and spiritual programs and events.
Managed by Solvere Living, the operations management division of St. Petersburg, Florida-based Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), Aspire at Belmont Bay’s sales office is open at 1455 Old Bridge Road, Suite 105, Woodbridge. The community is slated to open in August, 2020.

Aspire at Belmont Bay is expected to create more than 35 full times positions in the immediate future. The owner/developer of the community is Arlington Virginia-based Bonaventure, and Belmont Bay marks the second of its Aspire communities.
Founded in 1999 by Dwight Dunton III, Bonaventure is a rapidly growing general contractor, with areas of expertise in multifamily and senior living new construction and renovations. The architectural firm is J. Price Architecture, Inc., based in Liberty, Missouri. Founded by Jeffrey C. Price in 1999, the full service company has an extensive and diverse portfolio of commercial development projects throughout the Midwest and East Coast in a 20 state area.
