ON THE MOVE: Recent Personnel Moves in Senior Living

Jenna Smith posted on LinkedIn that she is now the New England regional vice president of operations at Brightview Senior Living; she had been regional director of ops.
The Commons in Lincoln, a CCRC in Lincoln, Massachusetts, owned by New England Life Plan Communities and managed by Benchmark Senior Living, has announced in a press release the appointment of Aimee Lahtinen, RN, WCC, as director of nursing. She oversees both sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing. Lahtinen joined The Commons in 2016 and she has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings.
Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living, an assisted living community in Moorestown, New Jersey, has named Erika Gagliardi executive director according to a press release. Gagliardi’s 14 years in senior living include five years as an ED prior to joining Cambridge, as well as serving as director of memory care and activities director.
Tamela Douglas has been named executive director for Pinnacle Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Little Rock, Arkansas. She oversees all care, operations, and programming. Douglas previously was human resources manager for Southern Administration Services Nursing and Rehab and for Admissions Central Arkansas Nursing Company, both in Little Rock. Douglas brings more than 28 years of administrative healthcare experience to this position.
LCB Senior Living, owner and operator of Mattison Crossing in Freehold, New Jersey, has announced Linda Texidor as business development director. Ferri joins LCB from The Arbors at Chicopee, where she led daily operations, resident relations, and budgeting. Previously, she was assistant executive director at The Loomis Communities CCRC, and she has also worked as an independent consultant, advising senior living communities, for more than two decades.
Another LCB community, The Residence at Freeman Lake, in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, has named Rhayani Castagnette sales and marketing director. Castagnette’s background includes roles as cultural ambassador and lifestyle director at Greystone Farms and engagement director at Giving Tree Senior Living. Most recently she served as resident services and sales & marketing director at Assisted Living Center Inc.
At Charter Senior Living, Brad Scoggins has taken on a new position as senior director of sales and owner relations from his previous role as senior regional director of sales and operations.
Allen Trent has been upped to vice president of culinary at Dominion Senior Living/Legacy Senior Living according to a post on his LinkedIn page.
