Palm Cove Living Names Executive Director Amanda Norman

PLANT CITY, Fla. – Palm Cove Living announces Amanda Norman as Executive Director of Plant City’s newest assisted living and memory care community located at 2050 N. Shannon Ave., Plant City, Fla.

In her position, Norman will lead and direct the overall operation of the community in accordance with residents’ needs while maintaining the mission-driven, culture-first organization committed to helping residents live their best life.

“I am thrilled to continue serving the senior population in this new role. I’m excited to make a difference for older adults as they create experiences in the final chapters of their lives. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and team members as we strive to reinvigorate the social aspects of life,” Amanda Norman, Exec. Dir., Palm Cove Living says. “The best classroom in the world is at the foot of an elderly person. It’s my number one priority to lead the culture and set the tone of the community for our team, residents, and families.”

Norman brings senior living sales and community relations experience as well as a deep-rooted passion for older adults. The community will consist of 47 suites designed to meet the needs of the underserved seniors in Plant City and surrounding towns offering assisted living, memory care, and respite care services. The community will offer assistance with all activities of daily living in addition to professional culinary services, spa services, social programming, therapy, pharmacy, and concierge level of care to ensure residents physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing are held at top priority.

The dedicated staff with person-centered care will provide quality living for Plant City’s older adults and a world-class working environment that will bring over thirty new employment opportunities to Plant City. The community is currently under construction and is expected to open in 2021 under Solinity management.

Norman is a graduate of Florida State University; participated in Leadership Brandon through the Brandon Chamber of Commerce, graduating in 2019; and serves on the Board of Ambassadors with the American Cancer Society. She resides in Brandon, FL.

With Florida Coastal architecture and landscape with thousands of palm trees, Palm Cove Living is a captivating setting for elders to enjoy their best life.
