The Residence at Bala Cynwyd Appoints Russo Executive Director

BALA CYNWYD, PA — The Residence at Bala Cynwyd, an assisted-living and memory-care community owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, has named Ashley Russo its new executive director. Russo is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community and ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of service and care.

Russo has 15 years’ experience in the senior living industry, serving in a variety of leadership roles in several communities, according to a press release. Prior to joining The Residence at Bala Cynwyd, she was executive director for HarborChase. In addition to her master’s degrees in Gerontology and Health Administration, Russo is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and she is pursuing a license as a Personal Care Home Administrator.

The Residence at Bala Cynwyd, which opened in May of this year, offers independent-living, personal-care, and Reflections Memory Care accommodations.

Norwood, Massachusetts-based LCB Senior Living, which was founded in 2011, owns and/or operates 35 senior living communities throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic, with additional properties in development. Each of these communities includes 24-hour support and security staff, housekeeping, transportation, wellness programs, and gourmet dining options. The company offers independent- and assisted-living services to approximately 3,000 seniors, along with its Reflections Memory Care program for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
