ABERDEEN, SD — Primrose Retirement Communities has announced in a press release the elevation of four team members to its ownership group. EVP of Operations Amanda Daughters, EVP of Sales & Marketing Jessi Weldon, EVP of IT & Human Resources Ian Zens, and EVP of Finance & Research Dalton Cox will be joining the leadership team, bringing with them a wealth of experience and expertise.

This strategic move ensures that Primrose Retirement Communities will continue to have a strong and talented leadership group in place for years to come. Each new owner has longevity with Primrose, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to the company’s mission and values.

The current partners of BJ Schaefbauer, Brian Morgan, and Mark McNeary will remain in their roles, allowing for a smooth transition as they eventually choose to retire or reduce their involvement in day-to-day operations. This succession plan allows Primrose to maintain stability and continuity within its leadership team.
