Pegasus Senior Living Purchases Arizona AL/MC

MESA, AZ — Broadway Mesa Village, an assisted living and memory care community in this city just east of Phoenix that has been managed since 2018 by Pegasus Senior Living, is now owned by Pegasus; it has been renamed Pegasus Landing of Mesa. The previous owner was the Toledo, Ohio-based real estate investment company Welltower.

“Renaming this community is more than just a rebranding; it’s about strengthening our connection to the residents and families we serve,” said Chair/CEO Chris Hollister. “Mesa offers unique opportunities to enhance the quality of life for seniors, and now, with Pegasus both managing and owning the community, we’re excited to make an even greater impact.”
