PharmScript Announces Second Annual Nurse Impact Award Recipients

May 27, 2022

SOMERSET, NJ—PharmScript, a leading pharmacy provider to long-term care and post-acute care facilities, recently announced the winners of its second annual Nurse Impact Award.

The recipients of the award include:

  • Rebecca Chapie, key account manager at PharmScript in New Jersey.
  • Della Demaree, LPN, charge nurse at Greenwood Healthcare Center in Indiana.
  • Sherry Keller, RN, charge nurse at Greenwood Healthcare Center in Indiana.

The Nurse Impact Award was created in 2021 to recognize and celebrate some of the outstanding nurses who are working tirelessly to deliver the best quality care to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long-term care facilities.

Colleagues submitted nominations from PharmScript’s partner facilities who wanted to recognize a team member for their dedication and hard work. This year’s winners were selected from a pool of nominees from more than 24 states.

Each award recipient will receive a congratulatory plaque to recognize their achievement, and a charitable donation will be made on their behalf to an organization of their choice.

“We are proud to award this year’s recipients as a thank you for their hard work and dedication to the field of long-term care,” said Mindy Ferris, RPh, executive vice president of pharmacy operations and customer success at PharmScript. “We started this program during the pandemic to highlight the amazing nurses we have the privilege of working alongside. These nurses were nominated by their peers for going above and beyond, and we’re pleased to celebrate them for the compassionate, life-changing work they do every day.”
