Priority Life Care Announces Leadership Promotions for Petras, Kloster, Phillips

FORT WAYNE, IN — Priority Life Care has announced in a press release several key leadership promotions: Bobby Petras is now president, Dave Kloster has been upped to chief operating officer, and Jenny Phillips has been elevated to regional vice president of operations. These appointments reflect the company’s commitment to growth as it continues to expand its footprint in the senior living industry.

Kloster, who’s been with PLC for three years, oversees day-to-day operations. Phillips’ promotion to Regional Vice President of Operations, recognizing her role in enhancing the operational and sales effectiveness of the Sky Active Living portfolio in Florida; under her leadership, eight communities achieved a 10 percent increase in occupancy within one year.
