Retirement Unlimited, Inc. Names Bowen Vice President of Inspiritás Engagement

ROANOKE, VA — Retirement Unlimited, Inc. has announced Ron Bowen as vice president of Inspiritás engagement. Inspiritás is RUI’s memory-care division.

According to a press release, Bowen joins RUI with a 30-year career focused on dementia care, including 22 years in leadership roles in assisted living. His previous titles include divisional director for memory care, executive director, and dementia coordinator.

In his new role, Bowen leads the Inspiritás team and oversees programming for all Inspiritás memory-care neighborhoods and communities.

For more than 40 years RUI has been owned and operated by the Virginia families of Fralin and Waldron.
