Retirement Unlimited, Inc. Promotes Cook, Stanfield, and Oscar to Key Leadership Roles

ROANOKE, VA — Retirement Unlimited, Inc. has announced the promotion of Christopher Cook to senior executive director, and Amanda Stanfield and Jennifer Oscar each to their new roles as vice president of clinical services.
Cook (pictured above) joined RUI in 2019 as the business office and human resources manager for The Hidenwood in Newport News, Virginia, and The Barrington at Hioaks in Richmond, Virginia. Since 2020, he has been the executive director for the Bay Lake community and The Hidenwood. With 17 years of healthcare and senior living experience, Cook has held many key leadership positions, driven strategic initiatives, and delivered exceptional results.
Stanfield has worked with the Fralin and Waldron families (owners of RUI) since 2009 and she joined the RUI team in 2016 as the director of clinical services at The Hidenwood. Most recently she’s been RUI’s regional director of clinical services over Virginia. In her new role, she oversees RUI’s Virginia and North Carolina communities.
Oscar joined RUI in 2021 as regional director of clinical services. With more than 20 years of experience in clinical leadership, she has previously held titles such as divisional director of resident services and LPN senior clinician. Oscar oversees RUI’s Florida communities in her new position.
For more than 40 years RUI has been owned and operated by the Virginia families of Fralin and Waldron. In addition to its 26 senior living communities throughout Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina, RUI has several active development projects.
