facilitated the sale of The Legacy at Highwoods Preserve
located in Tampa, Florida. The Legacy at Highwoods
Preserve offers assisted living and memory care and
consists of 82 units (60 AL and 22 MC). The community
which sits on 9.90 acres of land shows well and has been
well maintained.

Legacy at Highwoods was developed by the seller in 2015
and operated by their exclusive operating company. This
asset was an operational outlier for them as they look to consolidate their group within central and
southwest U.S. The buyer was Alta Senior Living looking to strategically grow their operating presence
in Florida.

SLIB was able to leverage the nationwide marketing platform to create a national, yet confidential
market for this offering. There were multiple offers from both regional and national buyers to purchase
this community. It closed on time at the contract price.
