Solterra Companies Commences Development on $38M Age-Healthy Community in Castle Rock

DENVER , Colo. – Solterra Companies, a senior housing developer and operator, recently announced the groundbreaking of its new $38 million age-healthy community, Bridgewater Living, in Castle Rock, Colo. Located at 4001 Home Street, the 142 unit residential healthcare community sits on a 6.63 acre hilltop overlooking various scenic buttes and peaks of the surrounding area. A short drive from the I-25, this community is a state-of-the-art health and wellness campus for those looking to live a longer and healthier life.
