Springpoint Promotes Oakes to Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Springpoint Foundation

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — Springpoint has announced the promotion of Michael Oakes to Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Springpoint Foundation. Oakes, who has been with Springpoint since 2014, moves up to this new role after displaying leadership and ambition in support of the Springpoint Foundation’s mission to “inspire generosity in support of programs that make a difference in people’s lives and enrich the communities where they live.” As the Foundation’s Senior Vice President, he increased fundraising efforts to advance the development and implementation of several innovative programs that benefit Springpoint residents, communities, and team members.

Oakes recently helped launch two programs that illustrate the Springpoint Foundation’s commitment to excellence: the award-winning senior wellness program LivWell, developed within the Affordable Housing Division, and the Springpoint Strong Fund, which assists team members in times of need.

Springpoint includes Springpoint Senior Living and its eight life plan communities, an assisted living/memory care community, a skilled nursing/rehabilitation community, and 19 affordable housing communities. It also includes Springpoint at Home, providing homecare and care management services, and Springpoint Choice, a membership program offering security of long-term care planning for members.
