The Arbor Company Welcomes A.J. Cipperly as the New Vice President of Memory Care

A.J. Cipperly has joined The Arbor Company as the vice president of memory care. In her new role, she will be responsible for supporting memory care initiatives and programs.

Cipperly comes to The Arbor Company from Five Star Senior Living, where she served as the national director of memory care. In her previous role, Cipperly also supported memory care initiatives and programs.

She is an Auburn University graduate with over 20 years of experience working in senior living communities. Cipperly has been married to her husband for 19 years and has two adult children and many nieces and nephews. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, baking and traveling.
